Klewki [ˈklɛfki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Purda, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) west of Purda and 8 km (5 mi) south-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Village has gained popularity, due to the claims of Bogdan Gasiński and Andrzej Lepper who stated that Talibans are growing anthrax there [2].
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 1,500.
